Jili53 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Jili53 ("we," "us," or the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Jili53 website located at https://jili53.net, you confirm that you accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Jili53 platform immediately. Your continued use of the site after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Jili53, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of Jili53 or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Jili53 platform.

Jili53 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under the legal age, all bets will be declared void and any funds deposited may be forfeited while the matter is reviewed. We take minors' protection seriously — hindi kami nagbibiro pagdating dito.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on Jili53. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts, including forfeiture of any balances.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false registration details is a direct violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Jili53 account, contact our support team immediately at support@jili53.net. Jili53 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials.

Jili53 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS, or driver's licence, together with proof of address. Accounts pending verification may have restricted withdrawal access until the process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jili53 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and will be clearly displayed at the time of your request.

Jili53 does not charge additional fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are outside our control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as your registered Jili53 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification.

Jili53 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation for any transaction deemed unusual. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending review if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Club

Bonuses and promotional offers from Jili53 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus rules apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's detailed terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on restricted games will void the bonus.
• Jili53 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

Players in the Jili53 VIP Club receive enhanced benefits including higher cashback percentages, priority withdrawals, dedicated account managers, and exclusive tournament invitations. VIP status is governed by separate VIP programme terms available on the VIP Club page.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on Jili53 — whether on casino games, live Sabong, football, esports, MMA, or virtual sports — are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation, except in circumstances where Jili53 declares a bet void at its discretion.

Jili53 may declare bets void in the following situations:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a result is determined.
• A technical error or data feed failure affected the odds at the time of placement.
• Evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or suspicious activity is identified.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

For casino and card games, Jili53 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third parties. Game results are determined fairly and cannot be manipulated by the platform or by players.

Maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Jili53 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any account at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jili53. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in any game or market.
• Money laundering or using Jili53 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Jili53 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jili53 staff or other users.

Jili53 actively monitors all accounts for irregular patterns. If your account is flagged, we may pause withdrawals and request additional documentation before any activity resumes. We cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jili53 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Jili53 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any Jili53 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Jili53's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Jili53 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments to These Terms

Jili53 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where material changes are involved, notify active players via email or a site notification.

Your continued use of the Jili53 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
